1980 - 2005 Celebration Dinner / Annual Meeting

Capping off this extraordinary 25th anniversary year, which has seen the completion and Grand Opening of the trail, was an evening of celebration, feast and fellowship. Nearly 100 friends of the BMT gathered in Blue Ridge, Georgia on October 15, 2005 for the experience. Speakers included Edwin Dale, Tom Speaks of the US Forest Service, David Sherman (Father of the BMT), and several BMTA past presidents.
